- Knowledge of South African Labour Law and Skills Development Act

- Commercial understanding of workforce planning
- Degree/Diploma in HR, Education, Industrial Psychology or related field
- 5+ years experience in learnership management, youth development, or training delivery
- Experience within BPO or high-performance environment advantageous
