Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception area as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Provide administrative support to estate agents, management, and office operations
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and documentation
  • Assist with report writing, document preparation, and general correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate meeting minutes
  • Support social media posting, marketing activities, and event planning as required
  • Contribute ideas and take initiative to improve office processes and daily operations
What We Are Looking For
  • Matric (essential)
  • Qualification or experience in Office Administration or Business Administration
  • Proven experience in office administration, filing systems, and report writing
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), a true "power user" mindset
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans with excellent communication skills
  • Exceptionally personable with a diplomatic and professional approach
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, solution-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative and run with ideas
  • Own reliable transport and a valid drivers licence
Advantageous Experience
  • Previous experience in a real estate or property environment
  • Exposure to social media management and basic marketing support
  • Experience using Canva or similar design tools
  • Familiarity with digital tools and a willingness to embrace new technology and systems
