Key Responsibilities- Manage the reception area as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Provide administrative support to estate agents, management, and office operations
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and documentation
- Assist with report writing, document preparation, and general correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate meeting minutes
- Support social media posting, marketing activities, and event planning as required
- Contribute ideas and take initiative to improve office processes and daily operations
- Matric (essential)
- Qualification or experience in Office Administration or Business Administration
- Proven experience in office administration, filing systems, and report writing
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), a true "power user" mindset
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans with excellent communication skills
- Exceptionally personable with a diplomatic and professional approach
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, solution-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative and run with ideas
- Own reliable transport and a valid drivers licence
- Previous experience in a real estate or property environment
- Exposure to social media management and basic marketing support
- Experience using Canva or similar design tools
- Familiarity with digital tools and a willingness to embrace new technology and systems
