We're looking for a confident and resourceful Personal and Administrative Assistant to support our Operations Director. If you're an expert in scheduling, prioritizing, and managing chaos with grace we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the right hand to the Operations Director managing diaries, meetings, and travel plans.
  • Act as a professional gatekeeper: handle emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate operational meetings, take minutes, and track key action points.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
  • Assist with compiling reports, dashboards, and operational documents.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of projects, events, and day-to-day admin functions.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

  • 35 years experience in a senior-level PA or Executive Assistant role.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and a natural problem solver.
  • Experience supporting a Director in operations, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
  • Exposure to project management or operational workflows.
