Requirements
  • 3 - 5 Years experience in a senior administrative or operations support role within the logistics / transport industry.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts, data validation) and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in compiling, analysing, and distributing detailed daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and tracking performance.
  • Strong ability to handle large datasets with precision and attention to detail.
Duties
  • Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and working closely with Sales Directors, Accounts, and Admin Coordinators across departments.
  • Provide executive support including managing schedules, correspondence, and document filing.
  • Administer cash voucher processes - loading, reconciling, and maintaining records with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Compile, analyse, and distribute detailed daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Coordinate meetings and record minutes, ensuring timely follow-up on action points.
  • Manage operational tracking and maintain visual communication materials for internal use.
  • Support operational processes such as job cancellations, cross-border expense verifications, and diesel reporting.
  • Assist management with ad hoc requests and special projects as needed.
