Our client - a leading automotive dealership - is seeking a New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead their high-performing sales team to success.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the motor industry, thrives in a competitive environment, and has the leadership and commercial acumen to grow sales and profitability.
What Youll Do: ✔ Drive new vehicle sales (high volume brand) and profitability across the division
✔ Lead, mentor, and motivate your sales team✔ Manage customer satisfaction and retention
✔ Analyse market trends and grow market share
✔ Oversee inventory, trade-ins, and risk controls
✔ Ensure compliance with OEM systems and dealership processes
What Youll Need: ✔ Matric + valid drivers license (essential)
✔ 35 years experience in new vehicle sales management or as a top-performing executive✔ Proven track record in achieving financial and CSI targets
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
✔ Marketing, Sales, or Finance qualification advantageous
