These opportunities are ideally for experienced payroll professionals who are comfortable working with high-volume payroll administration and ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the full payroll administration process, maintaining accurate employee records, processing payroll inputs and ensuring that all payroll-related queries are resolved efficiently. If you have strong payroll administration experience, excellent attention to detail and are available to take on a contract opportunity, I would like to hear from you.
Education- Grade 12 (non negotiable)
- Payroll / Finance qualification will be advantageous
- 23 years experience in a Payroll Administration role
- Experience processing payroll from start to finish
- Knowledge of payroll administration and statutory requirements
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with payroll systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet payroll deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential employee information
