REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric, or related qualification
  • 3 years experience in administration
  • Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers and clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Afrikaans will be preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with Canva is a bonus
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deadlines
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
DUTIES
Order Management
  • Place orders with various suppliers via email and CRM program
  • Acknowledge and confirm receipt of orders with clients
  • Record order details in the Daily Order list, including delivery dates and reference numbers
  • Verify orders for accuracy (correct supplier, MOQ, pricing) and inform clients
  • Follow up on delivery dates and update clients accordingly
  • Send reminders to clients regarding amended purchase orders
  • Track pending orders, address delivery delays, and provide client updates
Advertising & General Admin
  • Create advertisements for various suppliers and clients
  • Organise and maintain Shared Drive filing systems
  • Arrange courier services as needed
  • Assist with other ad hoc administrative tasks

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
