Warehouse / Workshop Manager (Electric Motors Focus) – Rneg depending on experience

We’re hiring a Warehouse / Workshop Manager with strong electrical motor repair and modification experience. This is a leadership role that combines warehouse and workshop oversight with hands-on involvement in electric motor repairs and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workshop operations, staff, and job card processing
• Oversee modifications, repairs, and testing of electric motors
• Ensure proper receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of stock
• Maintain accurate inventory and implement regular stock takes
• Lead safety procedures, equipment checks, and staff training
• Schedule and manage deliveries, fleet vehicles, and workshop tools

Required Experience & Skills:

• Qualified Armature Winder or proven electric motor repair background
• In-depth knowledge of motor components, testing, and modifications
• Minimum 3 years in warehouse/workshop management
• Strong leadership, planning, and multitasking abilities
• Forklift license & valid driver’s license
• Computer proficiency (inventory systems, job tracking, MS Office)
