Business Support Coordinator

The Purpose of the Role
To coordinate and take responsibility for the day-to-day activities and deliverables within the Sales and Operations functions by interacting with internal and external stakeholders, processing deal documentation, managing discounting to funders, and ensuring accurate supplier payments.
This role plays a key part in enabling the sales team to meet their objectives.
Key Deliverables
Deal Documentation & Administration- Document deals for both Mainline and Flexi-Rent portfolios
- Ensure all supporting documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
- Coordinate administrative tasks efficiently and within deadlines
- Execute the discounting-to-funder process accurately
- Liaise with funders to ensure smooth processing
- Track and monitor deal progress through to payout
- Ensure timely payment to suppliers and third parties
- Maintain control over cash management processes
- Verify accuracy of payment instructions and supporting documents
- Provide operational support to the Business Manager
- Engage professionally with internal stakeholders and clients
- Assist the sales team in meeting targets through seamless backend execution
- Maintain strong client service standards
- Manage deadlines and deliverables proactively
- Take accountability for performance and quality of work
- BCom Finance Degree (or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum 3 years experience within Corporate / Commercial Asset Finance
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Strong understanding of asset finance documentation and processes
- Comfortable engaging with funders, suppliers, and sales teams
- Able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Commercially aware with strong financial acumen
- Proactive, accountable, and deadline-driven
