Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organize and control all aspects and activities within stock management
  • Continuous improvement through disciplinary supervision of stock team
  • Assess current stock management systems and implement solutions
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts
  • Lead and motivate team members to meet performance targets
  • Maintain a safe working environment and enforce health and safety standards
  • Identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Increase efficiency and turnaround time of container offloading and packing
