Daily planning and Supervision of Special Cargo, Warehouse and Distribution activities Keep Track of Activities and timely update clientsEnhance workflow and procedures
Ensure compliance with H&S Regulation
Invoice files
Book casual labor / Replacement staff
Allocate cost to files
Stand as a back up for the Special Cargo, Warehouse and Distribution Manager during his absence
Follow-up on customer queries/requirements and complaints
Prepare weekly reports
Candidate must have a freight forwarding background.
Matric SC / Grade 12Certification in Warehousing & Stock Management
At least 4 years' experience in a position of responsibility in logistics/warehousing
Warehouse management (inventories, controls)
Health, safety and security standards
