- Update the bank weekly.
- Generate rental invoices for all units (If occupied).
- Pay the Emfuleni water & electricity bill.
- Generate the EMP201 declarations.
- Generate the VAT201 submission documents.
- Calculate weekly wages and pay when due.
- Process payroll journals.
- Printing of payslips.
- Generate wage invoices weekly.
- Process all supplier invoices daily.
- Printing of supplier statements and balancing with detailed ledger
