Our client, a pest control service provider, is seeking a friendly and presentable Administrative Assistant to join their team in Pretoria East!- Location: Pretoria East (Lynnwood Ridge)
- Salary: R15,000 - R20,000
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Essential Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- 2 years administrative experience
- Valid driver's license and own transport
- Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans) - ESSENTIAL
- Excellent computer skills
- MS Office proficient
- Pastel proficiency
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Greet visitors and manage front desk
- Answer multi-line phones and direct inquiries
- Organize executive calendars and book meetings
- Make travel arrangements
Documentation & Filing:
- Draft memos and correspondence
- Scan physical records
- Manage digital filing systems
- Track office supplies and order stationery
- Manage vendor deliveries
Accounting & Financial:
- Process customer invoices and credit notes
- Enter supplier orders in Pastel accounting system
- Perform basic bank reconciliations
- Supplier and inventory reconciliations
- Ensure accurate financial records
Essential Skills:
- Expert calendar management and filing systems
- Supply inventory tracking
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Phone etiquette and client greeting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Cloud sharing and virtual meeting platforms
