- Minimum 4 - 8 years experience as Admitted Attorney
- Managing a broad spectrum of legal matters independently, including.
- Extensive litigation experience in both Magistrate’s and High Court matters
- Drafting of legal opinions, notices, pleadings, contracts, and commercial agreements
- Management of estate planning, wills, trusts, and compliance matters
- Handling labour law disputes and representing clients in Labour Court and CCMA arbitrations
- Strong trial advocacy skills and ability to independently manage files from instruction to completion
- Proven ability to manage files independently and effectively
- Exceptional drafting skills and attention to detail
- Strong client engagement skills and the ability to work under pressure
