ð What They're Looking For:
- CA(SA) qualification essential
- 10+ years' relevant finance experience
- Strong Group Financial Reporting experience
- Experience within FMCG or Retail would be highly advantageous
- International exposure and experience working across multiple entities/environments
- Strong knowledge of SAP and/or Syspro
- Excellent understanding of IFRS, financial reporting and statutory requirements
- Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset
- Comfortable communicating across different levels of the organisation
ð What You'll Be Doing:
As the Group Financial Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the financial performance of the group, including:
âï¸ Overseeing group financial reporting and consolidationâï¸ Managing month-end and year-end reporting processes
âï¸ Ensuring compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements
âï¸ Providing meaningful financial insights to senior management
âï¸ Driving budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
âï¸ Managing cash flow and working capital
âï¸ Strengthening financial controls and governance
âï¸ Supporting strategic and commercial decision-making
âï¸ Managing and developing the finance team
âï¸ Working with multiple entities and stakeholders, including international operations
