Qualifications & Experience:
Electrical or Industrial Engineering degree, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in Lightning Protection.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
Experience with ERP systems and operational software.
