Pre-Owned Commercial Vehicle Operations Manager

The Pre-Owned Operations Manager is responsible for establishing, managing, and growing the OEMs pre-owned vehicle operations. Initially focused on professionalising and controlling the Tradeback process through an outsourced partner, the role will evolve to develop a full-fledged Pre-Owned Division, enhance resale strategies, and expand the brands presence in the pre-owned commercial truck market.

1. Tradeback & Partner Oversight

• Oversee trade-in vehicle processing and stock movement with an outsourced partner
• Monitor refurbishment, cost control, and wholesale pricing
• Ensure accurate reporting and competitive pricing alignment

1. Pre-Owned Division Development

• Design systems and processes aligned with OEM standards
• Expand resale partner networks and define performance metrics
• Develop marketing and branding strategies for pre-owned trucks

• Transition operations into a structured in-house division
• Build and lead a dedicated team as the business scales

• Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or similar
• 58 years experience in automotive or commercial vehicle industry (ideally pre-owned, tradeback, or fleet operations)
• Experience with outsourced partner management, dealer networks, and scaling business units
• Code 8 drivers license required
