Senior Industrial Automation Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of industrial automation systems
- Take technical responsibility for complex automation projects from concept through to commissioning
- Ensure all automation solutions comply with relevant engineering standards and client specifications
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers within the automation team
- Review system designs, code, and documentation to ensure quality and consistency
- Support integration, testing, and troubleshooting of automation systems on site and remotely
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Minimum 7 years experience in industrial automation engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Siemens automation platforms
- Proven experience leading or taking ownership of automation projects
- Ability to mentor and technically support other engineers
- BEng or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
