Administrative Assistant to the Operations Manager

Minimum requirements:
- Post secondary qualification in business administration or related field
- Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English - verbal and written skills
- Must have at least 3 years working experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of procurement, fleet or asset management will be a plus
- Responsibilities will be, but not limited to, the following:
- Tender Administration - Assist with preparation, completion and submission of tenders
- Stock Control - Administer and track stock levels and process orders
- PPE Administration - Manage the procurement, distribution and record keeping of equipment
- Equipment Administration - Assist with the procurement and assignment of equipment
- Maintenance Record Keeping
- Insurance Support - Assist with claims and incident forms
- Fleet Administration - Coordinate vehicles service and repair bookings
- Maintain filing system and schedule meetings - prepare agenda's and document minutes
- Liaise with vendors and assist with general tasks
