Customer Liaison Officer TEMPORARY (Logistics)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Strong computer skills (TMS, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • 3 years or more in operations/distribution/warehousing
  • Great communication & people skills
  • Able to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • Reliable, detail-focused, proactive, and good at problem-solving

Key Duties:

  • Build strong client relationships and keep customer satisfaction high.
  • Handle delivery and POD queries, plus issues like damages, losses, and shortages.
  • Manage complaints, service requests, and escalate tricky cases.
  • Communicate clearly about timelines, costs, progress, and any delivery problems.
  • Do daily reporting and keep records of interactions and discrepancies.
  • Work with internal teams to sort out customer issues.
  • Follow up on bookings, collections, and deliveries.
  • Process service requests, invoices, and general admin.
  • Provide support and basic troubleshooting to clients.
