Customer Liaison Officer TEMPORARY (Logistics)
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Strong computer skills (TMS, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 3 years or more in operations/distribution/warehousing
- Great communication & people skills
- Able to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Reliable, detail-focused, proactive, and good at problem-solving
Key Duties:
- Build strong client relationships and keep customer satisfaction high.
- Handle delivery and POD queries, plus issues like damages, losses, and shortages.
- Manage complaints, service requests, and escalate tricky cases.
- Communicate clearly about timelines, costs, progress, and any delivery problems.
- Do daily reporting and keep records of interactions and discrepancies.
- Work with internal teams to sort out customer issues.
- Follow up on bookings, collections, and deliveries.
- Process service requests, invoices, and general admin.
- Provide support and basic troubleshooting to clients.
