Graduate Logistics Administrator (CT - Southern Suburbs)

PURPOSE:
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to start their career in supply chain and logistics. You’ll support the movement, storage, distribution, and administration of products to ensure the right items reach the right place, on time, and at the best cost.Working closely with our Supply Chain Manager and Logistics team, you’ll assist with documentation management, process coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer service, efficiency, and profitability.

Qualification, Skills and Experience required:
- A degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related discipline.
- Some exposure to warehousing, logistics, or supply chain (through studies, internships, or part-time work) is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of international freight, imports, and domestic distribution is desirable.
- Strong administrative and numerical skills.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good written and spoken English.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., MS Business Central) is a plus, but not essential — training will be provided.
Limits of Authority:
You’ll report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and work under the functional direction of the Logistics Coordinator.All actions and decisions should align with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Assist with domestic stock distribution.
- Provide accurate and timely administrative support.
- Help manage supply chain documentation and vendor deliverables.
