Senior Property Coordinator - Marine and Industrial

Role responsibilities are diverse, however will include:
- Portfolio Management
- Leasing
- Financial Administration
- Stakeholder Management
- Reporting
- Research
Key requirements:
- Property Studies or related degree/diploma - preferred
- Proven experience (5 plus years) within a property administration or property coordination/leasing administration context (ideally commercially related)
- Fidelity Fund Certificate preferred
Key skills:
- High attention to detail
- Strong numerical/financial reasoning skills
- Working knowledge of MRI/MDA or related software package
