Job Description: End-to-end leadership and accountability for the finance function
Stabilising and strengthening core finance operationsReviewing, improving, and embedding strong financial controls and processes
Clearing backlogs, reconciliations, and historical issues
Cash flow management with clear visibility on liquidity
Preparing accurate, audit-ready financial information
Supporting funding, audit, and stakeholder reporting
Acting as a strategic finance partner to leadership
Skills & Experience: 58+years experience in a senior finance role, with leadership exposure
Proven success in fast-moving, evolving environmentsStrong controls, reporting, and process expertise
Comfortable being hands-on and detail-driven
Experience supporting audits and engaging with external stakeholders
Qualification: CA(SA) or CIMA (NON NEGOTIABLE)
