Business Development
Dante Personnel Century City R 70/month
What Youll Do:
- Acquire new business
- Manage a minimum of 10 ongoing target accounts
- Conduct regular client visits and follow up on sales leads
- Reignite lost business and secure at-risk accounts
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
- Educate clients on our internal systems and AEO status
- Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline with weekly and monthly reporting
- Assist with estimates, debtors, and customer workshops
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events
What You Bring:
- Matric (Grade 12) a tertiary qualification in Freight or Logistics is advantageous
- Experience in supply chain, warehousing, or operations
- Proven leadership and business development success
- Strong knowledge of systems like Shipshape or similar
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Professional, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
