West Rand Engineering is a key supplier of products for the mining and water industries.
- Promoting and selling the Companies products and services using excellent technical sale expertise and customer service to develop return customer relationships, The Technical Sales Administartor will be to;
- Sell current products & services via phone, email and other online channels.
- Hunt for new customers, products & markets.
- Cross border sales into Africa.
- Chase sales targets & volumes.
- Attend to sales enquiries.
- Maintain customer data base & relationship.
- Attend to customer complaints.
- Expediting - Keep customers up to date on orders & stock.
- Order taking Local & International.
- Order processing Local & International.
- Printing Sales Orders Local & International.
- Write Sales Orders in register when sending to stores.
- Check data accuracy on quotes, customer orders & sales orders.
- Sales orders to Stores must be ready for collection every morning.
- Quotations Local & International.
- Verification of stock availability.
- Daily filing of orders, waybills and invoices.
- Send out customer surveys.
- Other administrative duties as required from time to time.
- Switchboard and Reception duties.
- Sales & Marketing / Office Administration Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 5 Years experience in technical sales or related field.
- Microsoft Office Suite Computer Literacy.
- Driven by sales performance.
- Strict adherence to company philosophy, mission statement, and sales goals
- Self startter with ability to self manage and eagerness to learn.
- Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to approach and interact with customers.
