Key Responsibilities: Manage the full accounts receivable function across a property portfolio
Drive collections and actively follow up on outstanding debtorsConduct weekly age analysis reporting and provide actionable insights to management
Review billing processes and utility recoveries to ensure accuracy and completeness
Monitor customer accounts and implement strategies to minimise credit risk
Manage foreign currency transactions and monitor country exposure risks
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2 Accounts Receivable staff members
Skills & Requirements: Relevant Accounting, Finance, or Credit Management qualification
Minimum 5 years experience in an Accounts Receivable or Credit Control roleProperty industry experience is essential
Proven track record in collections, debt management, and age analysis reporting
Experience managing foreign currency transactions and country exposure risks
Previous staff management experience
