Junior Accounting Clerk

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update accounting records and files Process accounts payable and receivable transactions Reconcile bank statements and company financial records Prepare and post journal entries Assist in preparing financial reports and statements Verify accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding payments Assist with audits and other accounting projects Perform general administrative and clerical support as needed Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
