Grade 12 or equivalent with a Fitter / Millwright / Electrician Red Seal trade coupled with a minimum of N6. Government Certificate of Competency, Factories is compulsory. A proven track record of at least 5 years experience in a FMCG Food manufacturing environment a further minimum requirement.
Must be well conversant with CAPEX and R&M budgeting, maintenance strategy development, HSE requirements , technical services management and milling and packaging operations.
Sage and DMS experience will be advantageous. Advanced computer skills. Excellent communication skills and analytical ability with stress tolerance will secure. Previous experience in a FMCG food manufacturing concern on management level will secure.
