We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant based in George to service, maintain, and grow an existing customer base while developing new business through products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an allocated customer portfolio
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct customer visits and promote products/services
- Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and ensure after-sales service
- Analyse sales performance and submit regular reports
- Work within agreed turnover and gross profit budgets
Administration:
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Log interactions and manage contracts
- Submit new business, lost business, and expense reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience with proven results
- Relevant Sales or Marketing qualification (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel essential) and sales systems
- Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans
