Were seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and ensure every service runs seamlessly from breakfast through dinner and private events.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all daily restaurant operations and service delivery.
- Manage floor service, table allocations, and overall guest flow.
- Coordinate reservations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and mentor service staff to deliver polished, attentive hospitality.
- Oversee daily cash-ups, shift reports, and administrative duties.
- Maintain presentation standards, cleanliness, and compliance with service and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and hotel leadership team to ensure a seamless guest journey.
- 35 years proven restaurant management experience in a boutique, fine-dining, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on approach with exceptional attention to detail and guest care.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, service flow, and cost management.
- Hospitality qualification or relevant certification preferred.
