Our client, an investment-led financial planning business based in Morningside, Durban, is looking for a dedicated Administrator to join their growing team. This is a permanent position designed for a methodical professional who thrives in a relationship-oriented environment.
Key Requirements:
Education: A valid Matric certificate.Experience: At least 3 years of experience within the financial services or investments industry.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience at a CAT I FSP, specifically handling investments, long-term insurance, employee benefits, medical aid, and gap cover.
Technical Literacy: High competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).Regulatory Awareness: A solid understanding of the Financial Services Industry ecosystem, including FAIS and FICA legislation.
Responsibilities:
Compliance Support: Preparing compliance documentation for client files and audits.Meeting Preparation: Creating policy schedules, investment reports, and physical meeting files for advisor-client sessions.
Client Liaison: Resolving administrative tasks via telephone and online platforms with clients and service providers.
Query Management: Assisting with client queries and providing detailed feedback to the Admin Manager.
General Administration: Liaising with team members and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.
