We are currently partnering with multiple established businesses across the FMCG and manufacturing sector in Cape Town, with several urgent Financial Manager opportunities available across both the Northern and Southern Suburbs.These are fully office-based roles suited to commercially strong finance professionals who already have solid experience operating in fast-paced commercial environments.
We are specifically looking for candidates with approximately 35 years of commercial experience post-articles who are ready to step into impactful Financial Manager positions where they can add value from day one.
Key experience we are looking for:
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Financial reporting
- Consolidations
- Commercial finance exposure
- Managing finance staff or small-to-medium teams
- Operational and business partnering exposure within FMCG or manufacturing
The ideal candidate will be confident working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments and comfortable engaging with operational stakeholders across the business.
Requirements:
- CA(SA), CIMA, or equivalent finance qualification advantageous
- 35 years commercial finance experience post-articles
- FMCG and/or manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Strong Excel and reporting capability
- Stable career track record
