Invoicing and Licencing Administrator

Our client is a leading fintech company based in Sandton, operating in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment where accuracy, compliance and customer experience go hand in hand.
Theyre looking for a detail-obsessed Licensing & Invoicing Administrator to take ownership of billing processes, licensing administration and contract coordination, ensuring everything is accurate, compliant and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume invoicing and billing processes accurately and on time
- Oversee licensing administration and ensure compliance with agreements
- Maintain and manage contracts and customer records
- Resolve billing queries and engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls
- Support month-end processes and reporting
- Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (NQF 6 or higher)
- 3+ years experience in invoicing, billing, or similar roles
- Proven experience handling high volumes of invoices
- Experience in contract and/or licensing administration preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving ability
