Invoicing and Licencing Administrator

Our client is a leading fintech company based in Sandton, operating in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment where accuracy, compliance and customer experience go hand in hand.

Theyre looking for a detail-obsessed Licensing & Invoicing Administrator to take ownership of billing processes, licensing administration and contract coordination, ensuring everything is accurate, compliant and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume invoicing and billing processes accurately and on time
  • Oversee licensing administration and ensure compliance with agreements
  • Maintain and manage contracts and customer records
  • Resolve billing queries and engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls
  • Support month-end processes and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements

Job Experience and Skills Required:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (NQF 6 or higher)
  • 3+ years experience in invoicing, billing, or similar roles
  • Proven experience handling high volumes of invoices
  • Experience in contract and/or licensing administration preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong reconciliation and problem-solving ability
