They are seeking experienced, multiâskilled Insurance Advisors who can confidently advise across all insurance disciplines without limitations.
This role requires a true allârounder, someone comfortable engaging with clients, providing compliant advice, managing policies, and supporting claims across the full insurance spectrum. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice across shortâterm insurance, longâterm insurance, and employee benefits.
- Manage and maintain a client portfolio across personal and/or commercial insurance lines.
- Conduct needs analyses and recommend appropriate, compliant insurance solutions.
- Ensure that all advice and documentation comply with FAIS and FSCA requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records, policy documentation, and ongoing servicing.
- Assist clients with renewals, endorsements, amendments, and claims processes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through service excellence and sound advice.
- Remain up to date with regulatory changes, product developments, and industry standards.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:
- Matric certificate (Grade 12).
- Recognised NQF Level 5 qualification in shortâterm or longâterm insurance.
- Successfully passed the Regulatory Examination (RE5).
- Registered with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA).
- Proven experience across ALL insurance sectors: Shortâterm, longâterm, and employee benefits.
- Strong understanding of FAIS, regulatory compliance, and advisory standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex policy wording clearly.
- Professional, ethical, and detailâoriented approach to client service.
