Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients across Short‑Term Insurance, Long‑Term Insurance, and Employee Benefits.
• Manage a portfolio of personal and/or commercial clients, providing end‑to‑end insurance advice and servicing.
• Perform detailed needs analyses and recommend appropriate, compliant insurance solutions.
• Ensure all advice, documentation, and processes meet FAIS and FSCA regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate client records and policy information.
• Handle renewals, amendments, endorsements, and policy updates.
• Support clients throughout the claims process where required.
• Build long‑term client relationships through consistent service, clear communication, and sound advice.
• Stay current with regulatory developments, product changes, and industry requirements.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Recognised NQF Level 5 qualification in Short‑Term or Long‑Term Insurance.
• RE5 successfully completed.
• Registered with the FSCA.
• Demonstrated experience across Short‑Term, Long‑Term, and Employee Benefits (non‑negotiable).
• Strong working knowledge of FAIS, compliance frameworks, and advisory standards.
• Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to explain complex policy wording.
• Ethical, detail‑driven, and client‑focused approach.
