Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Technical Qualification.
- Mechanical engineering qualification (N3)
- 4 years apprenticeship & trade tested.
- Red Seal Fitter.
- Must be willing to relocate if necessary.
- Be prepared to undergo further training or studies.
Experience:
- Responsible for mechanical duties and breakdowns within Gauteng region.
- Responsible for undertaking all preventative and pro-active maintenance on the boiler plant and associated equipment designated to the fitter.
- Experience with the maintenance and operation of pressure equipment, coal, and oil-fired boiler plant.
- Serve on the H&S committee.
- Work with minimal supervision and be available for standby duties.
