Duties:
- Oversee full financial management and reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Review and improve financial processes and controls
- Lead a team of finance professionals
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
Qualifications & skills:
- BCom Accounting minimum
- 7+ years experience in a similar financial management role
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
