Senior Sales Executive â Quenched & Tempered / Specialised Steel

Minimum requirements:
- 10 Years External sales experience within the steel industry OR demonstrated experience selling Quenched & Tempered steel products (wear plate/ high-strength steels)
- Business Development & Sales Growth
- Reactivate historical inactive customers and recover lost market share.
- Identify opportunities for premium product conversion and value selling.
- Develop strategic account plans for key customers.
- Build long-term relationships with OEMs, fabricators, mining, engineering and processing customers.
- Customer Management
- Conduct regular customer visits and technical discussions.
- Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate steel solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements.
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline reporting.
- Market Development
- Identify competitor activity and market trends.
- Develop new applications for Quenched & Tempered products.
- Support marketing and product positioning initiatives.
