Role Overview

Responsible for delivering engaging skincare training, enhancing product knowledge, and driving customer experience across retail teams.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver skincare training programmes to retail teams
Facilitate sessions on skincare, ingredients, and treatments
Conduct in-store, virtual, and on-site training
Support product launches and brand education
Demonstrate skincare techniques and product application
Provide coaching and on-the-ground support
Develop training materials and content
Monitor training effectiveness and report on outcomes
Stay updated on industry trends
Requirements
Matric
Diploma / Certification in Skincare / Aesthetics / Cosmetology
Assessor / Moderator (advantageous)
2 – 5 years’ training experience in skincare / beauty
Strong product and treatment knowledge
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Driver’s licence & willingness to travel
