Introduction
Building Supervisor - HVAC / Smoke extraction Equipment
Ideal candidate to have experience with:
- HVAC equipment
- Fire detection systems
- Electrical background
- Matric
- Electrical knowledge/experience preferable
- 3-5 years experience as a service technician with an electrical background
Preferred: Ability to read construction drawings and/or create sketches for manufacturing/installing equipment.

Plan and implementation of service and maintenance tasks- Define tasks and required resources
- Manage service costs
