About the Role
You’ll work in a hybrid/virtual model, advising clients on their short-term insurance needs, meeting sales and growth targets, and ensuring ongoing client retention through portfolio reviews and exceptional service.
What You’ll Do- Build and maintain relationships with clients, bankers, insurers, and advisers
- Meet or exceed sales and growth targets in a hybrid working model
- Provide compliant short-term insurance advice in line with FAIS requirements
- Review and update client portfolios regularly
- Apply sound practice management and ensure full compliance
- Service client requests promptly and effectively
- NQF5 in Short-term Insurance
- RE5 with Class of Business (COB) up to date
- 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Insurance sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport
