Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Provide technical advice and product recommendations to fabricators, contractors, architects and specifiers
- Prepare quotations, proposals and project solutions
- Conduct site visits, client meetings and industry networking activities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' technical sales experience within the construction or related industry
- Strong understanding of window, door, glazing or façade systems
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Relevant technical qualification advantageous
