Sales & Marketing Administrator
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Assistant to support our dynamic and growing team. This hands-on, varied role bridges marketing and sales functions, helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while supporting campaigns, events, content, and customer engagement initiatives that drive business growth.
Working closely with Product Marketing, youll assist with executing B2B technology marketing initiatives across digital channels, events, internal communications, and sales support activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys juggling multiple projects, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn how marketing and sales work together in practice.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support- Support marketing activities: social media scheduling, campaign tracking, Google AdWords maintenance.
- Coordinate content creation and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
- Coordinate internal and external communication for marketing initiatives.
- Support event coordination and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare marketing reports and presentations for weekly meetings.
- Keep marketing folders, templates, and assets organised.
- Assisting with documentation and maintaining brand consistency.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data.
- Assist with new lead capturing, lead tracking, reporting, and follow-ups.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams.
- Assist with reporting and analysis of trends and data.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the sales and marketing teams when requested.
- Organise and maintain marketing and sales materials.
Skills & Experience Required
Education:
- Bachelors degree (preferably in Marketing or a related field).
- Relevant certifications would be advantageous.
Technical Skills:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of email marketing and digital campaigns.
- Familiarity with Canva or other marketing and design tools is beneficial.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. MS CE, Salesforce, HubSpot) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with using AI tools would be advantageous.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.

- Comfortable working across multiple projects at once.
