Appointment: Permanent, full-time positionSalary: R 9500 - R10 000 (basic salary)

Working hours: Working Hours: Monday – Friday (08:00 to 17:00) & Saturday 08:00 – 13:00
- Criminal background check and license verifications will be done.
- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a warehouse facility, ensuring that all logistics processes—from receiving and storage to picking and shipping—are executed efficiently, safely, and accurately.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily warehouse activities, including inbound shipments, inventory placement, and outbound order fulfillment.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff. Conduct performance reviews and foster a productive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical audits.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations (OHSA). Ensure all equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, is maintained and operated safely.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement process improvements to increase throughput.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all stock movements using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software.
- 3–5 years in warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
