Warehouse Supervisor (Newton Park) Port Elizabeth

Key Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will oversee the full warehouse function, ensuring smooth coordination of inbound and outbound stock, accurate order fulfilment, and effective team supervision.
• You will manage and guide pickers, packers, store-men, and drivers, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and adherence to processes. The role includes monitoring stock levels, maintaining warehouse organisation, and ensuring that all operations run efficiently and safely.
• You will be responsible for coordinating workflow, resolving operational issues, and ensuring that customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time. Maintaining discipline, performance standards, and a high level of accountability within the team will be key to success in this role.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Minimum 35 years experience in a warehouse environment within Automotive parts.
• Previous supervisory experience (non-negotiable)
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics processes
• Experience managing teams (pickers, packers, storemen, drivers advantageous)
• Computer literacy (warehouse systems / basic reporting)

• Excellent organisational and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
