About the Opportunity
We are recruiting a driven, practical Territory Sales Manager for a leading nationwide distributor of premium solar inverters, hybrid systems, and battery storage solutions. Operating out of a well-established hub in Cape Town, you will manage, grow, and support a portfolio of solar installers, contractors, and industry professionals across Cape Town.If you thrive in an environment that values direct communication, high accountability, and zero micromanagement, this is the place to build a lucrative sales career in the fast-growing renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales revenue across assigned and newly onboarded accounts within the Cape town region.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with solar installers, contractors, and technical professionals.
- Provide clients with access to training, technical support, and priority inventory.
- Take full ownership of your territory, managing your pipeline independently from lead generation to post-sale support.
- Actively solve customer issues early, maintaining honesty, clear communication, and high operational momentum.
- Experience: Proven track record in technical sales, territory management, or account management (renewable energy/electrical industry experience is a strong advantage).
- Work Ethic: An energetic self-starter who takes ownership and delivers results without needing constant oversight.
- Mindset: High accountability, resilience, and a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Communication: Straightforward, professional, and comfortable giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback.
