Service Manager – HVAC (Industrial & Mining Projects)

• The Service Manager will oversee the HVAC Technical Service Team, providing leadership, technical direction, and operational oversight for service and maintenance activities within industrial and mining environments.
• The role requires strong technical capability, safety awareness, and the ability to manage teams across regions.

• Lead and manage HVAC Service and Maintenance Teams across industrial and mining projects
• Ensure effective servicing of industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations
• Provide technical support and guidance to mechanical, electrical and electromechanical teams
• Plan and coordinate service schedules, breakdown responses and maintenance activities
• Ensure service quality, performance standards and continuous improvement
• Travel as required to project and client sites

• Technical Diploma and Trade Qualification in Refrigeration, Mechanical or Electrical disciplines
• Electro-mechanician qualification with refrigeration aptitude and/or experience

• Mechanical Engineering qualification
• Proven experience servicing industrial refrigeration and HVAC equipment
• Knowledge of applicable health, safety and environmental regulations
• Valid drivers licence
• SAQCC registration (advantageous)

• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel between sites as required
