The Role: Lesotho Sales Representative
This role is responsible for establishing and growing the company footprint within the Lesotho market. You will manage a local distribution yard to facilitate small-to-medium quantity shipments and solve local logistical hurdles. The position combines autonomous yard management with direct sales engagement to contribute to regional market expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Drive direct sales and manage relationships within local civil and construction sectors.
- Manage inventory and operations at the Lesotho distribution base.
- Act as the local representative to facilitate shipments and customer service.
- Solve logistical challenges to ensure products reach local contractors and engineers.
- Work independently to maintain the distribution yard standards.
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within construction or industrial hardware.
- Ability to work with high levels of autonomy and independence.
- Sales grit and the ability to build a market from a distribution base.
