Our client is seeking experienced Technical Specialists (Projects) to manage the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects across multiple national sites. This role is ideal for a construction project professional who thrives in a technical, compliance‑driven environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and accountability.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and execute construction projects across multiple sites.
  • Develop project briefs, lead project teams, and manage project information flow.
  • Oversee project schedules, programmes, and progress reporting.
  • Conduct condition assessments of buildings and ensure compliance with safety and environmental legislation.
  • Manage project risks, quality standards, and contractor performance.
  • Engage with end‑users, architects, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with OHS Act, Building Regulations, Environmental Management Act, and other statutory requirements.
  • Oversee project close‑out, handover, and documentation.
  • Support tender evaluations, contract administration, and cost management activities.
🎓 Minimum Requirements
  • Degree in Construction Management or similar.
  • 3 years experience in construction project management.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling and programming software (MS Project or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, regulations, and standards.
  • Understanding of construction contracts and legal frameworks.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
  • Advantageous: Registration as a Candidate Construction Project Manager (SACPCMP).
