- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure IFRS, tax, and compliance standards are met
- Oversee VAT, income tax, and reporting submissions
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable financial insights
- BCom
- 3+ years experience (property sector preferred)
- ERP / property management system experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
